Booking info

General info

• You can arrive between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. / low season.
  
• On the day of departure, please leave the pitch or holiday home between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m.
• Late check-out: Late check-out between 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. is possible on request and at half the daily rate.
• The reception/barrier is closed between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.
• Dogs are not allowed.

Bookings and cancellations of Campsites

• Please inquire using the contact form or book ONLINE up to 2 days before your arrival date.
• Arrivals are only possible with a booking confirmation.
• Dogs are not allowed.
• Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival, after that 20% cancellation fee.

Bookings for caravans and mobile home

• Please book up to 2 days before your arrival date. Holiday homes can be booked for 5 nights or more during the holiday season and in the months of July and August, while rental caravans can be booked for 3 nights or more. Please inquire via the contact form or book ONLINE.
• Dogs are not allowed.
• When booking is made, a deposit of 30% of the booked service is due. Only then can a reservation be confirmed.

Cancelling holiday home and caravan rentals

Cancellations for the holiday homes and rental caravans must be made in writing at least 14 days prior to arrival. Please be aware that the cancellation fees apply, specifically:

• A 10% cancellation fee is charged up to 30 days before arrival  
  
• A 20% cancellation fee is charged up to 15 days before arrival
  
• 30% of booked services
  

which will be deducted from the deposit, for cancellation 14 or fewer days before arrival
